Use the Tasks Report

The Tasks Report lists tasks and their statuses for a specified week or day. You can also choose to display tasks for a single restaurant or all restaurants in your organization. In addition, you can filter tasks based on status (Completed, Missed, or Late).

  1. From the LiveIQ toolbar, click Dashboard.

  2. From the menu bar on the LiveIQ dashboard, select Task History.

  3. To display the Tasks Report for a single restaurant, select it from the list of restaurants.

  4. To change the date, use the calendar control.

  5. To view all the tasks assigned for the week that includes the selected date, click This Week.

    A green check mark indicates that you selected This Week and the report includes tasks for all dates up to and including the selected date.

  6. To view tasks assigned for the selected date only, click Today.

    A green check mark indicates that you selected Today.

  7. To filter the tasks, click Completed, Missed, or Late.

    The report displays only the tasks with the selected status.
